Project Spotlight: Beautiful Upgrades Made to Apartment Community Near The Dallas Farmers Market

EarthWorks recently completed a new construction landscape project at a gorgeous newly built apartment community near the Dallas Farmers Market, located in the beautiful and energizing downtown Dallas area.

About The Apartment Community

The community, located within walking distance to the Dallas Farmers Market in the heart of downtown, features shopping, dining, and entertainment. This new apartment community offers the best of downtown living with resort-style amenities such as a rooftop pool and lounge with city skyline views. The apartments are available in 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units.

EarthWorks Involvement In Renovating The Outdoor Space

The property managers at this newly built development wanted to make some upgrades from the builder’s original design. Bryan Gondos, EarthWorks Project Manager, met with the client to discuss the plans and their options and provided renderings prior to construction. The client was also provided with a planting plan that included the new plants and materials to be used in the renovation of the beautiful shared outdoor space. The planting plan included upgrades to three areas of the property, the rooftop pool, leasing office, and third-floor courtyard. The EarthWorks team executed the provided plan with the following materials:

Palm Tree: Windmill Palms
Shrubs: Dwarf Yaupon Hollies and Twist of Lime Abelia
Flowers: Citrus Mix Pansies, Brakelight Yucca, Americana Agave, Purple Heart, and Ice Plant
