We are currently hiring both experienced and non-experienced drivers. No experience is needed to earn $685 a week, and with experience, compensation is $700 to $750 weekly. Additionally, we are offering a hiring bonus, making this a competitive position worth applying for.

The Day to Day Activities of This Position

Our landscape drivers work with our landscape laborer teams to help improve the aesthetic and functional value of a property. Our drivers are active participants in the day to day work of a property and may have work that is in addition to driving.

Drivers may work on patios, landscape features, lawns, or gardens, using motorized tools, hand tools, and construction vehicles to get the job done. Common tasks that our drivers complete on the job include:

• Trimming
• Watering
• Mowing
• Planting plants and trees
• Sod laying
• Spreading dirt
• Pruning
• Mulching

As a driver, your role is to transport these items and coworkers in the field to client sites. You will be provided with safe, dependable transportation with the understanding that you must operate the vehicle in a safe manner at all times.

What are the Expectations and skills for our Landscape Drivers in Cleburne, TX?

Landscape drivers have an opportunity to drive our vehicles while also using hand and motorized tools or construction vehicles. You need to be motivated and to be able to balance your schedule as you work on the different stages of each project. You will have a supervisor to help you, but you won’t be micromanaged. It’s up to you to coordinate many of your day-to-day tasks with your crewmates.

Safety is a priority for us, so you will need to be up-to-date on local, state, and federal OSHA requirements for the landscaping industry.

As far as education goes, we don’t require formal qualifications, but some education is desired and preferred for the position.

You need to possess a valid license and be at least 22 years old. You should not have more than two driving violations on your record.

Remember, too, that this is an active job. You will regularly need to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and will be doing physical tasks throughout the day. We do allow for reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities.
