Fostering Teamwork and Connection
For Angelica, the best part of her job is the supportive and welcoming environment created by her colleagues across all branches. “They’ve made me feel welcomed and important as part of the team,” she shares. Angelica is passionate about being there for employees, solving problems, and ensuring everyone feels heard.
A Career Built on Experience
Born and raised in Houston, Angelica brings a diverse background to her role. Her career has taken her through industries like medical, life insurance, office supplies, food services, and automotive. While EarthWorks is her first venture into landscaping, she’s found her niche. “It’s never a dull moment,” she says, and she loves it every day.
Life Outside of Work
Angelica’s pride and joy are her two college kids, Gavin and Jelina. In her downtime, she’s all about family, volleyball, and making people laugh with her silly jokes. Bringing joy to others is second nature to her, whether she’s at work or home.
Favorite Plant and Why
Angelica’s favorite flower is baby’s breath, and it’s easy to see why. Known for symbolizing purity, innocence, and everlasting love, it mirrors the thoughtful and caring person Angelica is.
