Shining the Spotlight on Our Team: Bryan Gaydos

Our company started over 40 years ago, and we could never have dreamt what it would become. We know that our success is directly related to our team members’ passion and hard work. Around here, we aren’t just colleagues, we are a family. We stick together through the good times and the bad. We are so proud of each of our team members and love the chance to share who they are at work and in their own lives. We hope you enjoy learning about our awesome team members as much as we do.

This month, we are spotlighting our Cortland Portfolio Project Manager/Key Account Manager, Bryan Gaydos. Bryan has provided us with his superior project management and client services for over two years. 

Bryan loves working for us for the awesome company culture that we cultivate through our employee engagement initiatives and our core values, which include value, integrity, service, and quality. We appreciate Bryan for upholding these values in his interactions with our team members and clients.

Bryan has the challenging task of managing our largest client and their portfolio of apartment communities, but he does so with ease. This is due to his many years of delivering client satisfaction on his projects and his education in Agriculture Business from Missouri State University.

When Bryan isn’t giving it his all at work, he loves to spend time with his beautiful wife Whitney and adorable sons James and Hunter. His boys keep him busy with their participation in several sports. When he has time for himself, he loves hitting the links, fishing, and hunting.

To keep up the tradition in these spotlights, when asked what his favorite tree or plant is, Bryan quickly responded with the Maple Tree (Acer) as his first choice. With over 200 species, the Maple (Acer) is known for its striking autumn foliage colors. It’s easy to see why Bryan loves it, look at those colors!

We are so grateful to have Bryan on our team. His professionalism and management skills help to keep our clients happy, and he adds significant value to our team.
