Shining the Spotlight on Our Team: LeeAnn Perry

This month, the spotlight falls on our versatile veteran LeeAnn Perry, who is an essential part of our company and business operation. LeeAnn has been with EarthWorks for an impressive 17 years, and there are few things she cannot do!

LeeAnn started at EarthWorks in 2005 as our Office Manager, with responsibilities such as answering phones, handling the reception area, making bids, and much more. She has kept herself busy throughout the years and added Accounts Receivable Clerk to her work title shortly after joining us. Her passion for the job and strive for perfection quickly became an invaluable asset to our team, and she has now worked in almost every area of EarthWorks. She knows the company like the back of her hand!

When asked why she has chosen to remain with EarthWorks for so many years she replied “it’s because of the company’s family-oriented approach, along with the support provided to the employees.” This, and the multifaceted work environment where no day is the same, is where LeeAnn finds her motivation to come into work with a smile every day.

Dallas-born LeeAnn grew up in Euless, graduated from Trinity High School, and then attended Tarrant County Jr College (now TCC). Thanks to prior work commitments working with property tax consultant firms, optometrists/ophthalmologists, mechanical contractors, and many more, LeeAnn has had the opportunity to travel all around Texas and knows the state well. Before joining EarthWorks, she spent years in administration and customer service, earning skills that make her the perfect addition to the EarthWorks team.

In her spare time, LeeAnn enjoys spending time with family. Her two sons, Justin and Tyler (who also works at EarthWorks), her daughter-in-law Ashley and two grand dogs—Bear and Bandit—are big parts of her life. While occasionally missing the days of attending football and soccer games when the boys were young, she is incredibly proud of their achievements and wouldn’t change a thing.

When she isn’t spending time with her family, she loves to curl up on the couch and watch Hallmark movies, and she also loves murder mysteries – but never before bed!

When asked about her favorite plant or flower (we can’t help ourselves😊), LeeAnn told us it’s the orchid. She explained how her dad would always buy her mother an orchid for any event or important holiday and how the exquisite flower always reminds her of her parents.

We are incredibly pleased to have LeeAnn on our team and to be her chosen place of work for the past 17 years. Her attitude, professionalism, and dedication perfectly represent the essence of EarthWorks and our services.
