Shining A Spotlight On Our Team Members: William Plows, Account Manager

Our staff are the heart of our company. Each brings a unique set of skills to our team, and all work hard to beautify your properties, whether from behind the scenes or on-site. We hope you enjoy learning about our awesome team members as much as we do!

We are excited to welcome William to the EarthWorks family. William joins us as an Account Manager at our Houston office. Part of his role requires him to inspect properties for any areas lacking or areas of concern. He enjoys this part of his job as he loves interacting with property managers and the staff. William is a problem solver at heart and gets great satisfaction from resolving issues. This position allows William to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when he sees the properties he oversees beautified.

William is from Houston and is the proud patriarch of a beautiful, blended family. His home is filled with animals (four dogs and a cat), as well as his 13-year-old daughter, 14-year-old step-daughter, and 12-year-old step-son. Although his house can be loud and crazy at times, he wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. His fiance is the love of his life who has a great sense of humor and has shown him true love.

A self-professed “jack of all trades but master of none,” William has worked in everything from sales to regional multi-family management to home building and concrete work. He has always known what hard work is, as he had to forgo a college education to assist his single mother with housing costs and bills.

When he is not working, William loves to spend time with his big family and pets and play billiards. He also loves Mexican food, is a whiskey aficionado, and can often be found working on various woodwork projects.

In the spirit of what we do here at EarthWorks, we asked William what his favorite flower or plant was, and he detailed a time when his daughter, who was five years old, saw a Passiflora for the first time. Her eyes lit up as she was stunned by the unique beauty of the plant. That moment of pure joy will forever be implanted in his mind, and undoubtedly, his heart.
